Qigong is an ancient form of energy enhancement from China.  It is the basis of Tai Chi and most martial arts.

It is perhaps the most under-estimated form of self-development and yet one of the most profound and deeply healing on all levels.


Qigong teaches us ‘The Way’, in other words how the natural currents of life move - the flow of rivers, the glide of clouds, the roar of ocean, the folding and opening of wings.  Ultimately, Qigong would have us feel our true non-separateness from all of nature.  The Earth as our ‘inner ground’, the Sky as our ‘breath’, the Waters of the Land as our ‘blood, lymph and nourishment’.  The simplicity of the practices bring us into harmony with these basic laws of Nature.
